The Forbidden Education is a documentary film that questions the logic of modern schooling -and our very understanding of education- by highlighting different and unconventional educational experiments that suggest the need of a new educational paradigm.
The Forbidden Education is a learning project that was created by a group of young people who interviewed more than 90 alternative education teachers in 8 countries. The film was financed collectively by hundreds of co-producers and has a Creative Commons license that encourages its
copying and playback.
The Forbidden Education aims to inspire thoughtful societal debate about the fundamental structure of school, encouraging the development of a comprehensive education centered on love, respect, freedom and learning.
